Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Real Estate Co. has signed an agreement with Marriott on Monday to operate and manage Courtyard by Marriott, a four-star hotel, and Residence Inn by Marriott Serviced Apartments.
The move will not have an impact on the company’s balance sheet in the short-term, the company said in a bourse statement.
