Riyadh – Mubasher: The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes will be held on 6 April to consider a number of items, mainly the distributed cash dividends for 2015, the company said on Sunday.
The EGM will also look into board’s report as well as profit and loss statements for FY15, in addition to bonuses for board’s members, and the amendment of article no. 4 of the company’s statute.
The company paid out cash dividends at 60% of capital, or SAR 6 a share, totaling SAR 90 million for the fiscal year 2015.
