Riyadh – Mubasher: The benchmark of Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) ended Thursday’s session rising 1.96 points or 0.03% to the level of 6,606.96 points.
Turnover reached SAR 5.1 billion through exchanging 361.7 million shares in 107,000 transactions.
The green list included 67 companies, 95 others closed in red and the remaining seven were flat.
The petrochemicals sector was worst performer after dropping 0.55%, while the banks sector advanced 0.31%.
Solidarity Saudi Takaful led gainers by rising 5.57% to SAR 10.05, followed by Al Rajhi Company for Cooperative Insurance with an increase of 5.26% to SAR 22.2 and FIPCO with a growth of 3.79% to SAR 41.9.
Meanwhile, Emaar EC topped losers by falling 5.93% to SAR 14.9.
Dar Al Arkan was the most traded stock with a volume of 125.8 million shares, followed by Alinma Bank with 58.2 million shares.
