Riyadh – Mubasher: Abdul Aziz O. Al Omran Co. sold 45.6 million shares in, Saudi listed firm, Al Marai for SAR 2.7 billion, according Okaz newspaper.
Al Omran will direct the sales proceeds towards investments at different sectors in the framework of its plan to boost its performance within the next five years.
The 45.6 million shares are equivalent to a stake of 5.7% in Al Marai.
