Saudi downstream sector offers SAR 562bn investment opportunities

Riyadh-Mubasher: The kingdom's downstream industry offers investment opportunities worth SAR 562.5 billion ($150 billion), said Abdulmohsen Almajnouni, executive director of strategic initiatives at Saudi Arabia General Investment Authority (SAGIA).

"The authority is still offering more opportunities," he added.

Almajnouni told Saudi Press Agency that the kingdom is an attractive investment environment, allowing foreign investors to own 100% of the project.

The consolidated investment plan reflects the kingdom's vision to diversify its income resources and offer more investment opportunities to foreign companies.
