Saudi e-commerce beauty app receives new investment round

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s beauty e-retailer, Golden Scent, has announced that it received a group of investments from the platform’s funders during a year.

Golden Scent is planning to expand its presence in the Middle East, along with updating its app to improve the experience of its two million users.

“Following a more customer-centric approach in 2019, and to further support its remarkable year of online sales in 2018, Golden Scent will also open a local customer base and continue to improve customer experience in line with current and anticipated customer needs,” the company said in a statement.

With a wide customer base in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the UAE, Golden Scent offers over 10,000 fragrances and beauty products from more than 300 different brands.
