Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia's exports to Japan surged 33.2% to SAR 11.09 billion in March, from SAR 8.33 billion in the same month a year ago, while the Asian nation is a top importer of the kingdom's products.
China ranked second with imports worth SAR 10.24 billion from Saudi in the third month of 2018, compared to SAR 8.18 billion in March 2017, registering a 25.3% increase, according to the Saudi General Authority for Statistics’ (GASTAT) monthly report of exports and imports.
The list of states which received the largest volume of Saudi exports also includes India, South Korea, Singapore, Bahrain, Belgium, South Africa, the US, and the UAE at a value of SAR 55.76 billion by the end of March.
On the other hand, China was the largest destination of Saudi imports with SAR 5.49 billion, followed by the US with SAR 4.3 billion in the same period.
