Riyadh-Mubasher: Transport Minister Abdullah Al-Muqbil has signed a cooperation agreement with Elm Company, a leading provider of safe electronic services and information, for the development the technology infrastructure and electronic services provided by the ministry.
The move is part of the efforts exerted by the ministry to cope with the latest technological developments.
