Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) closed Thursday’s trading session on positive note, after its benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) grew 5.13 points, or 0.06%, to 7,898.68 points.
TASI’s traded volume reached 169.08 million shares by the end of the last session this week, down from 114.23 million on Wednesday, while the main market's liquidity increased to SAR 3.4 billion, the highest level in 13 straight sessions, from SAR 2.66 billion.
The consumer services sector headed the bourse’s 10 risers adding 3.8%, followed by the healthcare and consumer durables and apparel sectors with 1.9% and 0.8%, respectively.
Similarly, the telecommunication and banking sectors levelled up 0.4% and 0.25%, respectively.
In the meantime, NOMU, the main index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, retreated 26.86 points, or 1.02%, to finish at 2,595.95 points.
