Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) opened Monday’s trading session with a negative performance after its main Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) lost 7.36 points, or 0.09%, to 8,526.91 points.
TASI’s trading volume hit 16.42 million shares exchanged through 15,290 transactions, generating a turnover of SAR 408.73 million.
The healthcare, media, consumer services, and banking sectors levelled down 1.1%, 0.53%, 0.5%, and 0.25%, respectively.
On the other hand, the diversified financials sector inched up 0.6%, while the energy sector rose 0.4%.
Mouwasat Medical Services’ stock led losers with 3.3%, while the Saudi Cable Company’s stock topped risers with 2.3%.
Meanwhile, NOMU, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, remained unchanged at 3,657.04 points.
