Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) tumbled 53.76 points, or 0.68%, to 7,824.53 points in Thursday’s early trades.
By 10:40 am KSA time, TASI’s traded volume reached 39.6 million shares exchanged through 21,500 transactions, with a liquidity of SAR 778.57 million.
The food and beverages sector fell 2.69%, followed by the banking, materials and telecommunication services segments with 0.65%, 0.59%, and 0.26%, respectively.
On the flipside, the healthcare sector rose 0.62%, while the consumer durables and apparel segment inched up 0.32%.
Saudi Company for Hardware’s (SACO) stock fell 9.92% to SAR 111.60, whereas Saudi Real Estate’s (Al Akaria) stock increased 10% to SAR 24.10.
Meanwhile, NOMU, the main index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, edged down 2.56 points, or 0.08%, to 3,033.98 points.
Arab Sea Information System’s stock led losers with 2.91% to SAR 12, whereas the stock of Development Works Food grew 6.86% to SAR 79.
