Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) started Thursday’s trading session in green territory, after its main Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) jumped 14.09 points, or 0.18%, to 7,921.10 points.
By 10:50 am Saudi time, TASI’s trading volume reached 37.23 million shares exchanged through 27,130 transactions with a liquidity of SAR 736.16 million.
The media, pharmaceuticals, materials, and banking sectors levelled up 2.2%, 1.3%, 0.4%, and 0.03%, respectively.
On the other hand, the healthcare equipment and services sector went down 0.6%, while the food and beverages sector inched down 0.4%.
Saudi Fisheries Company’s (Alasmak) stock led gainers after jumping 9.97%, whereas Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co.’s stock led losers with 3%.
Meanwhile, NOMU, the benchmark index of the Nomu secondary market increased by 5.89 points, or 2%, to 2,506.42 points.
Al Kathiri Holding Co.’s stock rose 6%.
