Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) fell 8.64 points, or 0.11%, to 8,003.95 points in Wednesday’s early trades.
By 10:50 am Saudi time, TASI’s trading volume hit 43.31 million shares changed hands through 24,600 shares with a turnover of SAR 817.4 million.
The utilities, telecommunication services, food and beverages, and banking sectors declined 1.6%, 0.74%, 0.7%, and 0.2%, respectively.
On the positive side, the media sector rose 1.8%, while the transportation segment increased 0.9%.
Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Company’s (Enaya) stock tumbled 9.3%, whereas the stock of Takween Advanced Industries grew 5%.
Meanwhile, NOMU, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, levelled down 3.56 points, or 0.1%, to 3,117.23 points.
Arab Sea Information System and Al-Samaani Factory for Metal Industries stock decreased 7% and 3.1%, respectively, whereas Development Works Food’s stock jumped 6.9%.
