Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) started Wednesday's trading session in green territory, after its main Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) rose 6.5 points, or 0.08%, to 8,301.3 points.
By 10:35 am Saudi time, TASI’s trading volume reached 18 million shares exchanged at a turnover of SAR 482.9 million through 13,800 transactions.
The diversified financials sector added 0.95%, while the banking sector inched up 0.3%.
On the other hand, the pharmaceuticals, telecommunication services, and materials sectors declined 1.68%, 0.21%, and 0.06%, respectively.
Alinma Tokio Marine Co’s stock led risers with 4.16%, whereas Arabian Cement’s stock fell 2.5%.
Meanwhile, NOMU, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, dropped 1.57 points, or 0.06%, to 2,776.38 points.
Raydan Co’s stock inched down 0.48%.
