Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) opened Monday’s trading session in red territory.
By 10:35 am KSA time, Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) fell 11.77 points, or 0.14%, to 8,339.19 points.
TASI’s trading volume hit 17.02 million shares changed hands through 13,970 transactions, with a turnover of SAR 393.1 million.
The telecommunication sector topped TASI’s ten losers falling 1.1%, followed by the drop of the real estate and energy sectors by 0.6% and 0.3%, respectively.
On the other hand, the insurance sector headed the main market’s nine risers adding 0.6%, followed by the consumer durables and apparel, banking and basic material sectors, which grew 0.3%, 0.12% and 0.01%, respectively.
Meanwhile, NOMU, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, declined 6.58 points, or 0.2%, to 3,113.66 points.
