Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) opened Sunday’s trading session with negative performance, pressured by the fall of blue-chip stocks.
By 10:47 am KSA time, the main Tadawul All-Share Index (TASI) inched down 0.16%, or 14.40 points, to 8,832.13 points.
TASI’s traded volume reached 15.63 million shares exchanged at a turnover of SAR 295.09 million through 14,690 transactions.
The food and beverages sector topped the decliners and fell 0.97%, followed by the software and services sector with 0.4%.
Similarly, the telecommunication sector went down 0.26%, while the banking and materials sectors inched down 0.16% and 0.01%, respectively.
On the other hand, NOMU, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, decreased by 2.1%, or 82.94 points, to 3,812.68 points.
