Saudi indices start Thursday on mixed note

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) opened Thursday’s trading session with mixed performance.

By 10:35 am KSA time, the main Tadawul All-Share Index (TASI) fell 0.92%, or 82.11 points, to 8,854.15 points.

TASI’s traded volume reached 23.83 million shares exchanged at a turnover of SAR 584.13 million through 19,620 transactions.

The software and services sector topped the decliners and fell 2.12%, followed by the materials sector with 1.06%.

Similarly, the banking sector plunged 0.94%, and the telecommunication sector decreased by 0.79%.

On the other hand, NOMU, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, inched up 0.2%, or 7.27 points, to 3,615.85 points.
