Saudi inflation hits 2.3% in November

Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Arabia's inflation reached 2.3% in November compared with the same month a year earlier, according to official data released by the Central Department of Statistics & Information.

Inflation also hit 0.1% compared with the previous month.

In October, inflation continued its increase, rising by 2.4% year-on-year, its highest since the beginning of 2015.  

Education rose 5.4%, clothes and shows (5.1%) and housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels (4.4%). Meanwhile, restaurants and hotels fell 1.6%.
