Riyadh – Mubasher: Oil prices play a significant role in the housing sector, housing minister Majed al-Hogail said, citing that more than 100 industries take advantage of the weakening oil market.
Home buyers put forward 1.8 million demands, with growth expectations for the coming years, al-Hogail stated.
The minister called domestic and global real estate developers to put their money in the housing sector, clarifying that the amounts invested in this field are up to SAR 1.5 trillion.
