Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi ministry of housing will offer 5,000 housing units in Dammam, according to local newspaper - Okaz.
The 5,000 units come as a part of Housing 3 project in Dammam, after finishing Housing 2 project with investment cost of SAR 25 billion.
The Housing 3 project is expected to be implemented within 20 months and to be launched by the end of 2017, added Okaz.
The market value of the unit will amount to SAR 500,000 said the newspaper.
