Riyadh – Mubasher: Preliminary statistics for the first half of 2018 have showed that Saudi Arabia’s population reached 33.414 million, the General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT) said on Thursday.
Saudis reached 20.77 million, of which 10.576 million are males, while the remaining 10.193 million are females, GASTAT added.
These preliminary statistics also showed that the overall number of Saudis had increased 1.7% from 32.613 million in the same period of 2017.
Meanwhile, the non-Saudi population hit 12.645 million, distributed over 8.665 million males and 3.980 females, the report indicated.
