Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia will extend residence visas for expatriates outside the kingdom through the exit and return visa for those working in commercial occupations and whose visas expired during the period from 1 August 2020 until 31 August.
The visas will be renewed electronically free of charge for one month effective from the expiration date in coordination with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and the National Information Center, the Saudi General Directorate of Passports said in a statement on Monday.
Moreover, the directorate will electronically renew expired residence visas of domestic workers outside the kingdom who have an exit and return visa.
The visas will be extended with no charge for those whose extension period ended, hence, residence, exit and return visas will be renewed until 30 September 2020 in coordination with the National Information Center.
