Saudi reserves marginally rise in November

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi government general public reserves increased by 0.06% or SAR 296 million by the end of November, while the current account surged by 21.6% on a monthly basis.

General reserves registered SAR 490.35 billion by the end of last month, compared with SAR 490.06 billion by the end of October, according to the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) Monthly Statistical Bulletin for November 2019.

On an annual basis, reserves decreased to 12.65%, compared with SAR 561.4 billion in November 2018,

As for the government current account, it recorded SAR 57.85 billion last November, compared with SAR SAR 47.59 billion in the previous months, and SAR 63.15 billion in the same month of last year.
