Riyadh-Mubasher: Almarai witnessed on Monday a put-through transaction, through which 2.1 million shares were exchanged at SAR 70 each, totalling SAR 147 million.
The market regulator gave a nod to Almarai to increase its capital to SAR 8 billion from SAR 6 billion, through a one-for-three bonus share distribution.
The dairy producer posted net earnings of SAR 484 million for the fourth quarter of 2015, rising 13% year-on-year from SAR 428 million.
