Riyadh-Mubasher: The shareholder of Basic Chemical Industries Company (BCI) approved on Sunday the 10% dividends for 2015, according to a bourse statement.
The company will distribute SAR 1 per share, totalling SAR 27.5 million.
Shareholders of record till the close of trading on Friday are eligible for 2015 dividends.
The date of dividend payout will be announced later.
