Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi’s Jabal Omar Development has appointed Yasser Al-Sherif as chief executive officer (CEO), the company stated.
The company’s ordinary and extraordinary general meetings will be held on 3 March for considering all items related to the fiscal year ended 30 Dhu al-Hijjah 1436 AH.
The company’s net losses for the first quarter of 1437 AH reached SAR 75.5 million, against SAR 145.2 million profits for the year-ago period.
