Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia plans to establish a full-fledged recreation city resembling theme park Disneyland, CEO of the industrial valley in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) Ayman Mansi said.
The city, which is still under licensing procedures, will make a large difference in the Saudi recreation sector, Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper reported, citing Mansi as saying. The CEO gave no further details on the potential value of the project.
On Wednesday, Mansi discussed the available investment opportunities in the city after completion with scores of businesspeople.
KAEC has partnered with the Saudi Ministry of Housing to build 200 residential units, in addition to signing another agreement with General Sports Authority (GSA) to establish a golf club which will cover 800,000 square metres.
