Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi transport ministry is seeking to attract SAR 135 billion ($36.17 billion) investments under the programme for industrial and services development, which includes around 60 initiatives, the minister Nabil Al-Amoudi said on Saturday.
The programme will see the building of five new airports and 2000-kilometre railways, along with the digitalisation of transport in the kingdom, the minister added.
Al-Amoudi referred to Fasah platform, which is aimed at the facilitation of import and export in Saudi Arabia.
