Riyadh – Mubasher: The general wholesale price index in Saudi Arabia rose during November by 3.3% on annual basis.
The wholesale price index (WPI) recorded 120.7 points in November, compared with 116.9 points in November 2018 and 120.7 points in October 2019.
The increase in wholesale prices is attributed to the rising metal products, machinery and equipment prices, according to the most recent data by the Saudi General Authority for Statistics (GaStat).
Inflation data also showed that the wholesale prices index went up by 0.1% last month, compared to its reading in October.
