Riyadh-Mubasher: Savola Group’s board, in a meeting held on Tuesday, gave the go-ahead for appointing Rayan Fayez as CEO, starting from 1 March 2015, the company said in a bourse statement.
Abdullah Rehaimi will continue in his position as the group’s managing director until the end of the current term on 30 June 2016.
