Riyadh – Mubasher: Tadawul announced Tuesday that the second phase of Takween Advanced Industries' rights issue will end today, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
The first subscription period extended from 27 September to 6 October, while the second period is taking place during 9-11 October.
Earlier, ordinary general meeting on 21 September has agreed on raising the capital by 171.4% or SAR 600 million to SAR 950 million from SAR 350 million.
