Mubasher: The Saudi Capital Market Authority is considering an option to transform the Securities Depository Center into a company that handles securities deposit, transfer, marketing, and registration process, according to newspaper sources.
KSA’s Al-Jazirah said that this step comes as part of a system that enhances and develops capital markets by supporting the registered individuals and finding a competitive atmosphere.
