Mubasher: Securities Group Company said its board recommended on 25 May to distribute 5% cash dividends or 5 fils per share for fiscal year 2016, according to a statement.
The company achieved profits of KWD 1.52 million during the fiscal year ended 31 March 2017 against losses of KWD 14.68 million in the same period a year ago.
