Mubasher: The Securities House said that the board members agreed on the merger with Al Aman Investment, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.
On 28 November, Al Aman said that The Securities House has purchased about 249,400 shares of Al Aman’s; 0.13% of the issued capital.
In another bourse filing, al Aman said that its board approved the merger with the company.
