Mubasher: The Securities House achieved profits worth about KWD 302,960 ($993,100) during the fourth quarter of 2016 against a loss of KWD 2.01 million ($6.6 million) in the same period of 2015.
During fiscal year 2016, the company’s profits shrank by 36.3% to total nearly KWD 757,620 from KWD 1.19 million in the previous fiscal year, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.
At the stock level, Securities House gained 1.01% at 50 fils, by 9:40am Kuwait time, recording a value of nearly KWD 33,800 after 676,000 shares were traded
