Kuwait – Mubasher: The Securities House has completed buying 249,400 shares in Al Aman Investment, which represents 0.13% of the company's issued share capital, said Al Aman Monday in a bourse filing.
The Securities House operates with an issued capital of KWD 19.65 million, divided into 196,500 shares at 100 fils each.
According to official data by the Kuwaiti bourse, the Securities House directly owns a 43.64% stake in Al Aman Investment.
Al Aman's stock quote was placed at 50 fils on Sunday, lower 2% approximately after 249,400 shares were traded at KWD 12,500.
