Mubasher: Al Aman Investment announced that The Securities House has purchased 100,000 shares in Al Aman during the trading session on Monday, 7 May 2018.
The transaction was executed at 60 fils per share at a total value of KWD 6,000.
Securities House owns a stake of 45% in Al Aman’s capital which stands at KWD 19.65 million.
At the stock level, Al Aman closed Monday’s session 3.5% higher at 59.5 fils, while Securities House went up 0.66% at 45.8 fils.
