Riyadh –Mubasher: The CEO of Seera Group Holding, Abdullah bin Nasser Al Dawood, resigned from his position as of 5 April 2021, according to a disclosure to Tadawul.
The board members decided to appoint Majed bin Ayed Al Nefaie as the new CEO.
Seera elaborated that Al Dawood’s resignation came due to assigning him additional supervisory and leadership responsibilities, in addition to appointing him as a Managing Director.
