Dubai – Mubasher: Select Group awarded ALEC an AED 600 million contract for Jumeirah Living Marina Gate.
ALEC will carry out the main works of the project in Dubai Marina, according to a statement.
Launched in the first quarter of 2017, the tower will include 104 serviced apartments, 389 private residences, and 15 villas.
Select had inked an agreement with Jumeirah Group in January 2016 to manage this development under its Jumeirah Living brand.
The development is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2019.
