Dubai-Mubasher: Selective purchase transactions are likely to push the UAE stock markets to hold and rise slightly on Sunday, amid anticipation for some banks' financial disclosures as well as the Turkish crisis that has come to an end, analysts told Mubasher.
UAE bourses are expected to continue their upward performance on Sunday, on the back of selective buying of blue chips, said capital market analyst Basel Al-Okail.
Despite the current volatility of both the DFM and ADX, there is still a chance for new investments in UAE stocks to take place as compared to the regional markets.
The majority of investors prefer to keep their cash at present, considering that the markets are on their way to see calmness restored and give an indicator for better prices, said technical analyst Ibrahim Al-Filkawy.
Current price levels on the UAE stock exchanges as well as the weak liquidity are due to the lack of investment appetite, said capital market analyst Mohamad Al-Anzi.
