Mubasher: The shareholders of Sembcorp Salalah Co. approved to distribute cash dividends of 3.5 Baisas per share.
The dividends payout accounts for 35% of the company’s capital that amounts to OMR 954.57 million.
The company reported net profits of OMR 13.69 million for 2014, up 6.8% from OMR 12.8 million a year earlier.
