Dubai – Mubasher: Seven Tides has broken ground on SE7EN Residences the Palm on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah, according to a statement.
Developed by Airolink, the 1.24 million feet square two tower complex is worth over AED 500 million and is situated next to Seven Tides’ second development on the Palm, Dukes Dubai.
The 14-storey two-tower complex is made up of 1,118 units including studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments.
There will also be retail, and food and beverage offerings, with the two towers connected by a stunning infinity swimming pool with spectacular views.
