Seven Tides rebrands 2-tower development on Palm Jumeirah

UAE – Mubasher: Emirati residential, hospitality, and commercial property developer Seven Tides has announced that it rebranded its hotel and residential apartment’s development on the Palm Jumeirah.

The project is set to be relaunched on 5 December 2019, according to a company statement released on Tuesday.

Seven Tides’ two towers within Palm Jumeirah – which were known as SE7EN Residences the Palm – will be rebranded to Seven Palm under the tagline ‘your exclusive beachfront address’.

The two towers will also be individually rebranded as the Seven Palm Hotel Apartments and the Seven Palm Residences, respectively.

“We are attracting an exceptionally diverse range of investors from Russia and the UK, to Brazil and Canada and we wanted to clearly differentiate each project and highlight their specific features and potential returns,” Seven Tides’ CEO Abdulla bin Sulayem commented.

Seven Tides has sold 260 out of the 1,116 off-plan studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments available in the Seven Palm development. The project is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2020.

“The Palm Jumeirah is not only unique, but it is also an iconic destination. Quality developments will produce high yields over time, while also benefiting from consistent longer-term capital growth,” Bin Sulayem said.

The Seven Palm Apartments are located in two 14-storey towers next to Seven Tides’ second development on Palm Jumeirah, DUKES The Palm, A Royal Hideaway Hotel.
