Dubai – Mubasher: Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum has launched the 2050 energy plan that aims to invest up to AED 600 billion to sustain economic growth, according to a statement.
The three-decade strategy will balance the UAE’s economic needs and environmental goals.
The plan targets to raise consumption efficiency by 40% and the contribution of clean energy by 50%, as well as to save AED 700 billion by 2050.
