Riyadh – Mubasher: Al-Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Co’s board has appointed Hakam Abou Risha as its CEO, effective 26 July, according to a bourse statement.
The decision came after the company’s CEO and managing director Jamil Al Mulhem submitted his resignation effective 25 July for personal reasons; yet, he will continue as a board member.
The company also appointed Musaab Al Muhaidib as vice board chairman for the current term ending 23 April.
