Shalfa concludes SAR 61m contract with Saudi ministry

Riyadh – Mubasher: Shalfa Facilities Management Company has entered into a major service agreement with the Saudi Ministry of Tourism, marking a significant milestone in its operational portfolio.

The contract is valued at SAR 61.23 million including value-added tax (VAT), according to a bourse disclosure.

The agreement with the Saudi government involves the comprehensive operation, maintenance, and cleaning of the tourism ministry’s primary administrative complex and its central warehouse facilities located in Riyadh.

The contract was officially signed on 3 June 2026, following the initial award notification issued on 4 May 2026.

Under the terms of the agreement, Shalfa will be responsible for a wide array of technical and logistical services designed to ensure the continuous and efficient functioning of the Ministry of Tourism’s infrastructure in the capital city.

The agreement is set for a duration of 36 months, providing a stable three-year window for the execution of services.

From a financial perspective, the company anticipates that the revenue generated from this contract will begin to manifest in its financial statements starting from the second half (H2) of 2026. This multi-year engagement is expected to contribute to the company’s long-term revenue visibility and operational steady-state within the specialized sector of government facility maintenance.

It is worth noting that Shalfa also signed a project agreement with the Saudi Ministry of Interior for a 36 months tenor.
