Dubai – Decypha: Shamal Communications, a Dubai-based marketing and public relations firm, announced the appointment of James Leckie as the General Manager and Gavin Gibbon as Senior Accounts Manager.
Leckie began his career in 2002 with the Scottish National Tourist Board where he worked in stewarding relationship between companies and people in various industries and has been with Shamal Communication for three years.
Gibbon has 17 years of experience under his belt and has previously worked with ITP Media Group and OSN company. Gibbon served as director of public relations and communication management in the Core Savills.
The company has conducted a comprehensive overhaul to its logo and brand. Three new independent sections have been created, namely, Shamal Public Relations, Shamal Digital Services, Shamal Digital Media. The three new sections will give customers a wide range of platforms to highlight their projects and businesses in all sectors in the region the Middle East and Asia.
