Riyadh-Mubasher: Tourism Enterprises Co. (Shams) has submitted its proposed rights issue to financial advisor Alistithmar Capital, the company said in a bourse statement on Monday.
The board of director earlier proposed increasing capital through offering rights issue shares worth SAR 390 million.
