Cairo – Mubasher: Honest Brokerage Company said Thursday that a shareholder of Development and Engineering Consultants Company (DAPH) has reduced his stake in the company’s capital from 5% to 4.78%.
Shareholder Hany Othman has sold 35,000 shares for around EGP 410,500 at a price of EGP 11.73 per share, according to a bourse filing.
