Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Sharjah Group Company said its board recommended the distribution of 4% cash dividends, or 4 fils per share, for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement.
Total proposed dividends stand at a total value of AED 3.15 million for FY16.
The company’s capital amounts to AED 78.9 million, distributed on 78.9 million shares at AED 1 per share.
